How much does permanent lighting cost?
It’s priced by the linear foot of roofline, and the total depends on the layout of your house and where power is available. We measure for free and give you a written quote before any work starts.

How is this different from regular Christmas lights?
Permanent lights stay up all year in a track under the edge of your roof. Instead of buying and hanging new strands each season, you change colors and patterns from an app.
Can you see the track during the day?
It mounts under the edge of the roof, so from the street it’s hard to pick out. We’ll show you samples before you decide.
Can I use them as regular white lights?
Yes. You can run them warm white on a schedule most of the year and save the colors for holidays and game days.
How do I control them?
From an app on your phone. You can pick colors and patterns, save favorites and set schedules.
Installation
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the house and how many runs it needs. Your quote includes a time estimate.
Do I need HOA approval?
Many Tampa Bay neighborhoods require it for exterior changes. We’ll give you product details and photos to include with your application.
